Ranch
The Ranch house sits on a 3.5-acre property that was once the maintenance boneyard for a nearby working ranch. Since the late 19th century, this location was used to discard debris, organic material and trash, while sitting adjacent to an active grazing and hay pasture. With the collaboration of an amazing design team including Backen Gillam Kroeger Architects, Kerry Joyce Interiors, and Design Workshop, the boneyard was transformed into a residential masterpiece — a ranch style compound with multiple structures interconnected and layers of outdoor paths, gathering spaces and features.
